Novid Inc. is an industry leader in the manufacturing of Stainless steel agricultural products.

We are currently accepting applications for the position of:

Senior Washbay Attendant - Night Shift

Four 10 hour shifts, Monday to Thursday, 4:00pm – 2:00am
$18.00-$24.00/hour dependent on qualifications + $3.00 Night Shift Premium

All necessary training will be provided.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Clean stainless steel tanks and parts using a pressure washer.
Perform pickling and acid washing of tanks and parts.
Wrap tanks during winter months for protection.
Operate an overhead crane to move materials safely.
Utilize a forklift to transport tanks and parts.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling chemicals and equipment.
Safely store, label and track chemicals
Maintain accurate chemical usage logs and rinse procedures
Ensure washbay equipment remain in working order
Act as the primary contact for washbay-related tasks and needs
Support other washbay attendants through demonstrated best practices, on-the-spot guidance and reinforcement of washbay and quality standards
Communicate job priorities, delays, or workflow concerns to the Production Lead Hand.
Report supply shortages and request materials proactively
Ensure daily targets are achievable and met
Assist with general shop duties as needed or required to support overall production flow
