Novid Inc. is an industry leader in the manufacturing of Stainless steel agricultural products.

We are currently accepting applications for the position of:

Senior Washbay Attendant - Night Shift

Four 10 hour shifts, Monday to Thursday, 4:00pm – 2:00am
$18.00-$24.00/hour dependent on qualifications + $3.00 Night Shift Premium

All necessary training will be provided.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Clean stainless steel tanks and parts using a pressure washer.
  • Perform pickling and acid washing of tanks and parts.
  • Wrap tanks during winter months for protection.
  • Operate an overhead crane to move materials safely.
  • Utilize a forklift to transport tanks and parts.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling chemicals and equipment.
  • Safely store, label and track chemicals
  • Maintain accurate chemical usage logs and rinse procedures
  • Ensure washbay equipment remain in working order
  • Act as the primary contact for washbay-related tasks and needs
  • Support other washbay attendants through demonstrated best practices, on-the-spot guidance and reinforcement of washbay and quality standards
  • Communicate job priorities, delays, or workflow concerns to the Production Lead Hand.
  • Report supply shortages and request materials proactively
  • Ensure daily targets are achievable and met
  • Assist with general shop duties as needed or required to support overall production flow
