Roles & Responsibilities:
- Complete work on multi-family/condo projects
- Read blue prints, layout floor plans and shop drawings
- Perform installations in condominiums
- Run a 6 - 10 man crew well completing tasks on a day-to-day basis
- Complete suite and shaft layout
- Day-to-day communication with PMs and other trades on site
Qualifications:
- Journeyman Sheet Metal license
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the sheet metal industry
- Commercial setting experience - specifically multi-family/condo
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license
