Position Overview:

Oil Country Sandblasting Ltd. is seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience working in a shop environment and be confident applying industrial coatings including zincs, epoxies, and urethanes using airless spray systems. A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for coating (cleaning, masking, sanding as required)

- Apply industrial coatings including zincs, epoxies, and urethanes

- Operate and maintain airless pump sprayers safely and efficiently

- Inspect finished work to ensure quality and coating specifications are met

- Follow all safety procedures and company standards

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter

- Strong working knowledge of zincs, epoxies, and urethane coatings

- Experience using airless pump sprayers is required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Work Schedule:

- Day and night shifts available
