Job Duties:

Operate manual lathes, mills, and other machining equipment to produce and repair hydraulic cylinder components.
Perform honing, and polishing processes to ensure high-quality finishes.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
Measure and inspect finished components to ensure they meet precise tolerances and quality standards.
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of machining equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety procedures.
Fabricate, repair, and modify hydraulic cylinder components

Qualifications:

Journeyperson or equivalent experience in manual machining.
Experience working with hydraulic components is an asset.
Ability to work with tight tolerances and high-precision measurements.
Strong understanding of metals, machining techniques, and finishing processes.
Basic set of hand tools (specialty tools provided by the company).
