Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Receivable Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing payments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring accounts are kept up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and apply customer payments (e-transfers, credit cards, cheques)
• Manage accounts payable, including vendor invoices and payments to payees
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
• Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding account status
• Issue statements and maintain accurate financial records
• Work closely with internal team to resolve billing issues

Qualifications:

• Experience in accounts payable and receivable or bookkeeping required
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable using Microsoft Suite applications
• Strong communication skills (English required, French an asset)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (full-time, on-site) 
• No weekends
