Qualifications:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong collaborative, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Experience in the multi-family or commercial industry
- Strong theoretical knowledge of the plumbing industry
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot plumbing issues, applying mechanical knowledge
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide excellent service
- Adhere to safety protocols while lifting heavy materials and working in various environments
- Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines and maintain organizational standards
- Promote and maintain awareness and compliance of Health and Safety in accordance with company and industry standards
