Role Overview:
- Lead a team delivering HIM services, including registration, records management, health informatics, and business process redesign.
- Drive integrated care and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage complex projects, stakeholder relationships, and HIM service contracts.
- Advance healthcare transformation through people, processes, and technology.
Salary: $116,591 - $145,739 (based on education, training, and experience).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in health information science or related discipline.
- 7+ years of HIM experience.
- Proven leadership and change management skills.
- CCHIM certification is an asset.
