We are a well reputed family-owned business and have been in the industry for more than 50 years, providing various mechanical contracting services in the GTA.

Our services include but are not limited to gas piping, welding, air conditioning, plumbing, heating, boilers, back flow prevention, insulation, pumps, and refrigeration.

 

We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator who will work in-office at our locations in Scarborough and Etobicoke.

WHAT are we looking for?

- You must have a post-secondary education in mechanical engineering or a closely related field

- You must have at least 2 years of experience coordinating commercial projects, preferably related to our industry

- You must be proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCAD

- You must be able to analyze and understand mechanical construction drawings

- You must have experience in contract administration

- You must have strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

 

WHAT will you be doing?

- Supporting Project Managers and Site Supervisors as well as other stakeholders in maintaining project targets and schedules

- Maintenance and management of project related documents, records, materials, procedures, change orders, drawings and close out documents

- Coordinate equipment and materials

- Provide status updates and support forecasting
