Our Southern Ontario-based client is currently looking for a Ribo licensed Personal Lines CSR with a license in good standing and a minimum of 3 years experience. Kitchener area

You will be expected to provide exceptional service to clients by following company procedures and protocols set forth in this fast paced working environment. Our client does prefer for individuals to work in office as often as possible, and will only consider any sort of hybrid model following completion of training.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Estimate and prepare fully completed applications for commercial auto insurance
  • Completing/sending submissions to various insurance companies
  • Follow up with various insurance companies on new submissions
  • Complete policy changes on various insurance company portals, while engaging with the clients on the phone / in office
  • Communicate with insurance companies regarding underwriting requirements
  • Review policy renewals for accuracy, proper rating/coverage and complete renewal letters with recommendations when necessary
  • Complete market searches if required for remarketing 
  • Follow up with clients regarding registered letter cancellations and returned payments
  • Upsell and cross sell when appropriate
  • Assess personal insurance needs through policy reviews
  • Continue to make recommendations for existing clients
  • Order reports to confirm driving records (Autoplus and MVR) reports
  • Communicate with insurance companies regarding underwriting requirements
  • Review policy renewals for accuracy
  • Proper rating/coverage and complete renewal letters with recommendations when necessary or complete market search if required for remarketing
  • Begin process of claims from clients and report to insurance companies while following guidelines for client follow-up
  • Follow up with clients regarding registered letter cancellations
  • Follow up on returned payments
  • Upsell and cross sell where appropriate
  • Adapt to ever changing environments

 

We are looking for:

  • A strong and effective communicator
  • Ability to work through situations with clients and co-workers
  • Able to prioritize and manage workload
  • Proficiency with SigXP and CompuQuote/Applied Rating, Word and Outlook
  • Order reports to confirm driving records (Autoplus and MVR) reports
  • The ability to prioritize and manage workload and adapt to changing environments
