Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of technicians and their projects from start to finish
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments
- Requisition of materials and supplies
- Resolve on site work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity
- Provide estimates and sales for new installations
- Provide training and assistance on job sites
Qualifications:
- Journeyman certification
- Class A or B gas fitting certification considered an asset
- 5+ years experience in the plumbing or HVAC industry preferred
- Committed to learning and growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license
- Red Seal/Certificate – Plumbing OR HVAC an asset
- Plumbing sales experience an asset
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
