Our company is one of North America AGCO dealers. Representing exceptional brands, we have grown and now operate three dealerships and have been in AGCO North America’s 5 star dealer group.
We are looking for a Parts Advisor for our fast-paced parts department. You will work with walk-in customers and phone inquires, troubleshoot parts issues on a large variety of agriculture equipment, issue purchase orders, manage inventory levels, and sell retail products. You will need basic to above basic computer skills to work with inventory and suppliers’ software systems. During peak season (April – Oct) there are shifts for Saturday mornings.
Responsibilities:
- Work front and back counter as necessary, depending on traffic of business
- Help walk-in customers and phone inquires
- Troubleshoot parts issues on a large variety of agriculture equipment
- Issue purchase orders
- Manage inventory levels
- Sell retail products
- Conduct inventory counts as needed
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of agricultural parts experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills through both telephone and email
- Ability to work with computer software systems and web-based parts catalogues
- Ability to multitask and handle the timeliness of customer needs
- Able to lift 40+ pounds
- Ability to work with a team
- Forklift experience
- Valid driver's license
