Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls & communicate with vendors
  • Schedule and dispatch jobs into our calendar software
  • Communicate with other office staff and plumbing technicians
  • Receive credit card payments
  • Assist office manager with daily operations
  • Scheduling and dispatching
  • Answering and routing phone calls
  • Stocking supplies and inventorying equipment
  • Processing payments & filing invoices

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years administration experience
  • Receptionist experience
  • Secondary school preferred
  • Great time management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
