Scheduling Pacesetter

We are searching for a dynamic leader to supervise our Scheduling group a Pacesetter at our Support Center. The Scheduling Pacesetter will report to the Director of the Support Center and play a key role in implementing policy, procedure and metrics to drive performance and exceed the patient experience. The goal of the Scheduling Pacesetter will be to lead our Scheduling teams to ensure customer service standards and company goals are met. We are looking for someone who loves helping people and believes that a world class patient experience is the key to the success of our business. 

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Helps Co- Manager a team of 40+ scheduling teammates in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Directly supervise teammates to meet goals, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate change. 
  • Select, train, coach, motivate and develop team members. 
  • Interview and hire talent based on unique position needs. 
  • Provide guidance and solutions for training, career development and performance standards. Measure, coach, and drive results towards business goals. 
  • Oversee the performance evaluation process and ensure consistent, timely feedback is given to our employees. 
  • Coach, listen to calls, develop quality scorecards and oversee employee development opportunities. 

Qualified candidates will have following: 

  • Demonstrated ability to coach and lead employees to achieve above average results. 
  • Excellent leadership and team building skills. 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. 
  • Prior experience working in patient scheduling is a plus. 
  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to create, interpret, and make decisions on data to improve processes and impact the customer experience. 
  • You must be able to thrive in an environment where there are multiple priorities and changing assignments. 
  • Demonstrated coaching and counseling skills used to effectively develop all employees; influence and change individual behavior and assist employees to achieve a high level of success and productiveness. 
  • Expert in Risas Way scheduling rules, Open Dental Software, and MS Office Applications.
